School bans pupils from bringing in bananas… because teacher has allergy
Ling Bob School in Halifax, West Yorks., has asked parents not to put the fruit in their kids’ lunchboxes. A letter headed “Urgent Warning” was sent to parents informing them bananas can no longer be eaten as a snack. And the school canteen have also scrapped them from the menu to be safe.

Luxury perfume makers create stink over Europe allergy laws
Luxury perfume brands fear the European Union is about to introduce measures that could cripple the $25 billion global industry in the name of protecting consumers against allergies. New laws could severely curb or ban natural ingredients used in vintage best-sellers and put some perfume makers out of business.
